什麼是 Yoyo?
YoYo是一種玩意，是一直在轉動的遊戲，而Yoga一貫予人安定的似乎跟YoYo不大相關。
但一如之前所說，瑜伽有無限的彈性。生命於我來看，有如YoYo，生命之輪轉得極快，看似有中心，卻中心在每個片刻接著的下一片刻都在轉移中。是充滿dynamic的起跌與轉動。這一刻你是家中的媽媽，你的重心，是照顧好這個家庭，再過一小時，你搖身一變成為某公司的會計員，你的重心，是要把公司的賬目管理好。十年前的你是個中學生，努力拼最佳學業成績是你的中心，今天的你是個丈夫，努力拼最多的入息，給家庭最佳的生活質素是你的中心，十年後的你是個爸爸，二十年、三十、五十……你的中心不是固定不變，你也不能用一條方程式去處理你整個人生。
What is Yoyo?
Yoyo is a kind of toy, which keeps on rotating. Seems like not so related to Yoga, in which, yoga seems something steady and slow. But as what I have said, yoga has unlimited flexiblity.
Life likes Yoyo. The wheel of life turns so fast, looks like there is a center, center of a cyclone. But the center at this moment has already changed with last moment. The center is changing from moment to moment. This movement is full of ups & downs and turning around.
At this moment, you are the mom of this family, the family is your center, taking good care of the children and husband is your mission. One hour later, you become an accountant of a company. Your company becomes your center, managing the account is your mission.
Ten years ago, you were a student, working hard to achieve the best academic result is your center. Today you are a husband, working hard to earn the most income, giving the best living to your family is your center. Ten years later, you will be a father..., twenty years, thirty years, fifty years... your center is not something still, you cannot just use a single formula to manage your whole life.
