瑜伽是什麼?
從sanskrit梵文的翻譯，Yoga瑜伽的字根Yuj，是union合一的意思，那麼是什麼跟什麼union合一呢？
這就是瑜伽的美，有如Love愛，又有誰能定義什麼是愛呢？Yoga瑜伽有這無限的彈性，一百種人，有一百種不同的定義。
於我來看，合一的是︰1/我們頭腦欲求的；2/真實發生。例如，陳小姐欲求一份稱心的工作，月入$28000，年假20天，5天工作...但現實生活中她的工作是月入$18000, 年假12天，而她努力去裝備自己、尋覓更好待遇的工作、又或者減低一下條件，來讓理想跟現實合一，就是瑜伽。所以，我覺得每一個人都是瑜伽行者，不論大家各自有自己的理想，但我們都在為自己心想達成的東西進發。
而每個人都有可能同時多項瑜伽，工作上、人際關係上、身體上...
而有趣的是，你認為所謂的"真實"會由於你意識的成長有所"改變"。
What is Yoga?
From Sanskrit，the root of the word "Yoga", Yuj, means union. But what union with what？
It is exactly the beauty of Yoga. Like Love，who can define what is Love? Yoga also has the same unlimited flexibility. One milion different kinds of people have one milion different definitions of Yoga.
For me, Yoga is what you want units what the reality is. For example, Miss Chan wants a ideal job, but the reality is not the case, the salary is not enough, holiday is not enough, work load too much... And she works hard to achieve what she wants, like equip herself with more skills, search other jobs... or change her mind to reduce her desire, like accept how her job is now. So that the desire is same with the reality. Then it is Yoga. So I feel that everybody are all Yogi. No matter we have different goal, we all work hard to achieve what we want. And everybody can have more than one yoga: about career, about relationship, about body...
However, something interesting is : what you think the so-called “reality” is, is also "changing" with your consciousness.
